Below are the rules that apply to all the prize draws that appear on the site. In addition to these rules there may be special terms & conditions which are relevant to individual prize draws, this will appear as a link on the relevant prize draw.

• The Prize draw & competitions on the website are available only for UK residents.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the prize draw.
• These Prize draws and Competitions, at the same time, may be promoted on various other websites.
• Prize draws are not open to staff of Win the Draw or staff of companies hosting the prize draw.
• We only allow one account per individual.
• A Computer Program will randomly select the winner of each Prize Draw.
• Winners name will be displayed on the winners page of the website and they will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours. If you win, follow the instructions in the email and within 30 days of notification and your prize will be delivered within 25 days thereafter. Unclaimed prizes will be void.
• When entering prize draw advertised on our registration form and throughout our website the sponsors of each prize draw have the right to contact you periodically via email and other sources if stated.
• Information regarding your mobile phone contract will be passed to a recommended retailer who may wish to contact you before the expiration of your current contract.

• If you would like to enter our competitions without registering with WintheDraw, please download an entry form here.
• You may not promote our website through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of all your entries with us and may result in legal prosecution.
